Kremlin: American Peace Negotiators Headed to Russia

American peace negotiators are en route to Russia to engage in discussions regarding a proposed ceasefire in Ukraine, as confirmed by Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov. Peskov refrained from commenting on whether Russia has set any preconditions for the talks with the United States, stating, "There is a significant amount of misinformation circulating."
On Wednesday, Reuters reported that Russia has provided the U.S. with a list of general demands related to the peace negotiations. Peskov noted that the United States has shared some information concerning the proposed ceasefire agreement between Russia and Ukraine. Additionally, he mentioned that advisors to President Trump and President Putin had a phone conversation on Wednesday, as he disclosed during his daily press briefing in Moscow. This development highlights ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine.
