Would you attend a group activity if you’re the only one without kids?
If you received an invitation from a friend for a group activity where everyone else has kids and plans to bring them along, would you go if you were the only one without children?
I’ve never really thought too much about it since I usually live in another city and understand that parents with kids of similar ages naturally plan activities together. But this time, I’ll be visiting family and might have time to join.
The more I think about it, though, the more I feel like I’d stand out in an awkward way. Would you go, or does this kind of situation feel out of place without kids?
