How do i deal with family constantly commenting on my weight?

I’m so fed up with my family’s obsession with weight—especially when it comes to mine. Everyone in my family is overweight except for me. I’m fairly slim, but definitely not underweight, no matter how much they like to call me that.

The comments never seem to stop: “Oh, you’re so thin,” “Eat more food,” “Wow, you eat a lot,” “Have another piece of cake,” “You’re so skinny,” “You look so frail,” and the list goes on. I also know they talk behind my back, speculating that I must have an eating disorder just because I work out and eat healthy.

It’s exhausting and hurtful, and I’ve reached the point where I just want to scream at them that they’re the ones who are overweight, not me! But obviously, that’s not the most constructive way to handle it.

How do I set boundaries and tell them to stop in a calm and respectful way? I don’t want to start a fight, but I’m at my wit’s end. Any advice?
